Classical Music for Sleep

Classical Music for Sleep | Daily Break News.

Anyone heard this stuff? Sounds spooky. Classical music with sleep propaganda subliminally embedded.

"You simply listen to the soothing classical, music at bedtime and specific inaudible sound frequencies, embedded into the soundtrack, help you to fall asleep easily and naturally.

Specifically selected and sequenced Baroque, Romantic and Classical music composed by Holst, Barber, Mendssohn, Elgar, Chopin and others."

Personally, when I listen to classical music, I am engaged mentally, far from sleepy.

If they imbed the subliminal messages in Alban Berg's Wozzeck, will you go to sleep anyway, but have bad dreams?
