Copland Clarinet Concerto

Here’s the first half of the Copland Clarinet Concerto, from a live performance I did with the National Philharmonic, created and led by my colleague and friend Piotr Gajewski in Maryland. They are doing great things in the Washington DC area. They play at Strathmore Music Center in Rockville. You should check them out if you live around there.

Very beautiful, David! Did you use a Legere reed for this performance?

Hey Tim. Thanks. No I was not using a Legere. That was from awhile back before I knew about Legeres. I just started using them 5 months ago.
